Empowered Aerial Fitness is a state of the art aerial studio offering over 2,200 square feet of space to get your dance on!

We have 2 studio spaces, including a 1,000 square foot pole studio with floor-to-ceiling mirrors featuring 9 XPOLE Poleaway poles which can be quickly connected to the ceiling for a completely open dance studio. Our poles are a minimum of 10 feet apart with no sharing so you can work out in a safely distanced environment.

The second studio is almost 900 square feet and features aerial hoops, hammocks, mirrors and open floor space for any and all types of fitness and dance.

There is plenty of well-lit parking, an accessible climate-controlled lobby and entrance, and the most important part of our studio: our old-school disco ball!
